Sat at the ordering machine in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes with no response from anyone inside. We thought the machine wasn’t working so we pulled around to the window. When we got to the window we said that we thought the machine was broken and the girl at the window said with attitude and slamming her hand on the counter at the window “well you’re just going to have to pull back around” and when we asked if we could just put our order in there since it was just one drink she said continuing with the attitude “i was on the other side of the store. I can’t take orders at the window or I’m gonna get fired you need to just go back around!” As someone who also had worked in the food industry, I was appalled at the way she was talking to us since no one had the decency to even tell us they would be with us. Along with the fact it would be absolutely ridiculous for her to lose her job while still making the store money. Disgraceful behavior!!!!!
They are downtown Scranton doing their best. There are timely issues with locking their doors due to homeless and questionable patrons. Drive thru is best option.
