The customer service here is so bad. On Wednesday, November 29 I went through the Dunkin drive-through asking for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese as simple as it sounds. They didn’t get it right it was not toasted and there was a big long black hair in the cream cheese, so I went around one more time and asked them to remake it they said fine, but when they gave me my bagel, they threw it at me and they burnt the bagel and put one drop of cream cheese on it to be spiteful. I’m really disappointed because Dunkin’ Donuts has been here for a while and it’s usually my go to but recently the service has been getting worse and worse.

ALL THESE STARS ARE TRUE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15th.THIS IN NO WAY SHOULD REFLECT THE WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES.The rumor going around is that this location as well as all in Scranton has been sold. I have been going to Dunkin at 1137 moosic st every single day for the last seven years. All the employees there make my day and lots of other people I know have a great day due to their kindness. The fact that the indoor seating is closed is very inconvenient especially for mobile pick up. I’ve heard there’s been some people that have left due to new ownership I would hate to see my favorite people not be there any more due to new management. If things don’t turn around I will start going elsewhere. The location is very convenient for me but I will not support a location that will treat there employees less then what wonderful service they provide. I can sense a haste from my regular faces to engage in conversation as well. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO BRING BACK THE MORAL HERE. Kayla and Jamie are the best employees you have!

This Dunkin is an absolute joke. Not only have they forgotten the bacon on a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich but they also make the area’s worst coffee. I have no idea how I can always ask for a medium iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 liquid sugar and have it taste different every time. Today’s coffee takes the cake for worst coffee I’ve ever had.
