ever since getting new management it’s been an awful experience every time. my entire order is wrong every single time i go, i go out of my way to go to a different dunkin now . They are so unprofessional, if they don't give you what you pay for when you ask hey get mad and start screaming at you in front of everybody when all you want is the food I don't understand that I've never been treated so bad in my life. I don't know where they find some of the people that are so unprofessional that they don't care they'll just scream and yell in your face when all you want is your food that you paid for and you never got. Your coffee is just sitting there as they're playing around you ask for your coffee again they get offended. You can't say anything to anybody there or they'll scream in your face.

they somehow manage to mess up every single order, even now on the new touch screen it manages to. probably about 20% of the people who work there are actually working where as everyone else is screaming at each other or hanging out in the back messing around. if you go in at night they basically ignore you at the counter. the whole place is just awkward and annoying

Besides never having any of the food cooked correctly they charge for a pup cup? No where else does that they throw 2 munchkins in the cup so they can charge you. Very weird

Terrible service!!!! Lazy person who took my order had zero energy!!! Every cup he put down for pickup was put down WITHOUT saying anything!!!! So guess what?! Everyone had to move forward to see what the sticker on the cup said or actually picked up the cup!!!! Totally unnecessary if he just did his job and said what the cup contained as he put it down! Can't get any lazier than that!
