They will forget everything in your order, and when you call to ask about it they offer nothing and tell you. "There is nothing I can do" that's straight from the manager. They ruin your order and then say they can't help you with it.

It's a shame. They are extremely slow. Can't make up whether they want dasher to pick up inside or at the drive-through, which is extremely frustrating! Always giving the orders out to the wrong people!Update 2 days later, they gave my delivery order to the wrong driver AGAIN ! Hire some competent people, please!!!

I actually want to give this a ZERO ! No stars! But i will go ahead and mention the most disgusting thing ever. And thats a roach in my food. And i was VERY skeptical with eating their food. My husband decided to buy it and in my food that fell off the chicken was a half dead roach. Legs off to one side. It made me vomit. You dont play with peoples food! I really dont know why this KFC is even open. Its always deserted and now you see why. I ordered a famous bowl 2 months ago and 3 pieces of small chicken nuggets, a bunch of corn and barely mashed potatoes. Like are you serious…NEVER AGAIN.

Please don’t bother visiting here, no matter how much you’re in the mood for KFC. Drive to any other location, do yourself a favor. There is a reason the staff is miserable and the parking lot/dining room is empty. The food is trash and the customer service is worse. The young lady who took us at the window was sweet but you could tell she did not want to be there. We got our order, which was incomplete. Upon noticing that, we opened our chicken to find most of the chicken skin had literally SLID OFF the chicken because of how greasy it was. Now, I know not everyone can cook but that just isn’t suppose to happen. When trying to approach the manager about the issue, not only did he absolutely flip out, but apparently was so busy offended by us calling out the staff’s lack of cooking ability; he told us “that’s the freshest chicken we’ve got”. So, not sure what that says for anyone who ordered after us but I apologize for you all - you’re not getting fresh chicken apparently.He wouldn’t refund us after we paid $43. He wouldn’t give us our sides. My husband had to stand there and argue our point until he partially refunded us and provided us with the rest of our meal (no chicken replacement, mind you. We were stuck with the soggy mess to enjoy).Hopefully the owner takes the time to read his corporate complaints and google reviews. Otherwise I can’t imagine he makes very much money off his investment without change.

Ordered for pickup at 6:20p. Was informed it was ready and when I arrived was told it would be another 17 to 20 minutesManager refused to cancel my order and refund my money. Received a number for the store manager and only received voice-mail.Avoid this place unless you have time to waste and money to toss away.Not like they were busy and no other people waiting for pick up.
