Then they asked me if I wanted a refill on my hot tea and charged me $3.00 for the 2nd cup. It's just hot water and a tea bag. Disappointed, I won't be

I love this place, super friendly staff including Caroline the owner. Really comfortable and cute atmosphere, extremely clean including the bathrooms, food is always excellent. I just wish they were open later in the day, it's hard to come here with the hours they have and wish there was more parking. Scranton needs more places like this.This is a must visit if your in Scranton!
