My first order was last month and I was pleasantly surprised it was earlier than the expected time frame.I enjoyed my sub sandwich but unfortunately my fries were overcooked/ hard and not edible at all.

Changing rating to one star. Won't answer phones. Randomly changes hours with no notice. Some recipes have changed (chicken cheesesteak, etc).It's a shame, used to be the best in town. RIP. :(

I’m a chef and I very rarely pleased with the delivery around here, but these people do a great job , cheese steaks were delicious sides were good portions, delivery driver was great, food was nice and hot, I’ll be ordering often, thanks guys good job?

The service sucks I had a call them about 3 × One to place my Order and when I finally got it they messed up on it so I had to call Them for the 2nd time and then I had a wait 3 hours until they brought the exchange and it was cold so then I call them again and and asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give me the manager and then when I try explaining that my food was cold the people haind't up on me I Don't recommend this place the rude up noxious people and they don't get your food right I do not give them any stars this is ridiculous I will never order from these people or this place again

Sometimes I call they just hang up on me. Happened multiple times. They always take almost 2 hours to get my food to me and 9 times out of 10 they forget my side of ranch. The only thing good I can say about this place is that the food is usually pretty good. It’s the only reason I keep ordering from them, but other than that, they really need to work on everything else.
Was told my order of a pizza, salad and chicken bites would be 45 minutes, yikes but fine. Been here 40 minutes and was just told my pizza was just going in the oven now and would be 20 minutes. So over an hour total. So either give yourself plenty of time here, or just go somewhere else.

It's okay pizza. I wish they would update their menu. Tried ordering the deep fried green beans and they no longer have them. Also ordered their seasoned waffle fries and got just reqular fries instead. Also no garlic bread or anything else. Won't be going back.
