This McDonald's is one of the better ones I've ever been too. The night time managers are more willing&open to help with customer complaints then what I found the day shift is. I would most recommend going to the McDonald's anytime after 5 or 6 in the evening because that's when the better shift managers seem to be working. I guess my biggest complaint or maybe only complained with this McDonald's would be that someone during the daytime shift once told us the restaurant was not for homeless people to hang out. Please keep in mind at the time no one in my party was homeless. We just had only ordered drinks at that time because we were indecisive as the weather it was to try and get off the breakfast menu or the lunch menu since it was right during the time in which the shift would change over, needless to say we found the comment extremely offensive and make it a point not to go back to that McDonald's anytime before 12.

The guy in the front training a new employee was super nice and remade my coffee that the little girl in the front messed up. She also has a major attitude problem. This is the 2nd time I've come in and she was rude about a mistake she made. Other than that, I rarely ever have issues here and if I do they immediately fix it. Idk how long she's worked here but she's unpleasant.

This location sucks. Modifiers are never right and food missing from the order constantly. No exaggeration, 75% (8 out of the last 10 trips) have been made wrong or missing items altogether. You've been warned. Go to Keyser Ave.

My big Mac was all bread ordered with cheese 2 big macs no cheese all sauce literally only half off bun . Paid for buns lettuce and sauce. Very very poor burgers like I ordered a kids meal burger .calling
On Jan 3, ordered hash brown, and sausage McMuffin. Did not receive hash brown. Sausage was undercooked.Unfortunately didn't receive a receipt to prove what I ordered.Very disappointed.

This McDonald's is hit or miss. You either get what you order or you're missing something. Also, check your bags here because it really is 50/50. The food is either fresh and put together nice or it old and falling off the bun. And when you try calling half the time to tell them they messed up, they don't answer their phones.
When someone orders no onions don't add onions I always check my childrens food before giving it to them as my son has an allergy to onions well needless to say they are gana kill someone one day. If ordered with no onions don't add them. Waisted money and time.
