The only Chinese food place we’ve gone to for the last 22 years. I feel like it’s under new ownership or someone. The food is not the same. Not saying it is bad, just not as good as it once was. We are going to have to look for a new place.

Moved to area a long time ago (over 20 years ago) when I was a kid and this place has stood the test of time. My favorite Chinese food place by far and hope they remain for many many more years. Some of the best sesame chicken you'll ever eat, quality fried rice and other quality items, great portions and fair prices. A great value and great taste. Highly, highly recommended! Give them a try and see for yourself! Not sure if the "New" is rebranding but they are available for take out, grubhub delivery (maybe the others, not sure) and limited dine in.

Tin Tins was the best in Scranton by far but the new Tin Tins is nothing like the old. Rice is flavorless. Chicken does not have the same flavor just a goopy gel feel and a weird after taste and the cheese wontons were filled with a yellow paste....RIP Tin tins....I will miss you....

Im glad they open back up,place alot cleaner and it looks like they upgrade their ingredients,shrimp is bigger ,beef is more tender and the tso chicken is all white meat which i think is better.just better better and better.

I really hope this didn’t close down and they are on vacation or something. They haven’t been answering and this is OUR ONLY SPOT FOR CHINESE FOOD for over five years now!!!!!! If they closed down my family and I WILL BE DEVASTATED!!!!!!!!!

meh, don't know if they changed owners or it was too late in the day. Simply got some wonton soup late at night, after coming out of the hospital and having surgery. The broth was dark and the wontons mushy.
