The sushi is some of the best in the area, hibachi is good too. The waitstaff is warm and inviting. This is always my first recommendation when it comes the Japanese cuisine.
I have traveled all over America and japanese food is my favorite. What i am trying to say is this is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. Also, i have been eating here for 30 years, since i was 4, and this is my favorite restaurant ever. Also, this restaurant was in the Office.

The food has never disappointed and the servers are always friendly. The bar has great atmosphere but if I don’t sit at the bar I prefer a non-hibachi table just a personal preference.

This is the best sushi and service we have had in a long time. We sat at the bar. Our server was so nice, attentive and made you laugh too. Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back. We got the pepper tuna appetizer, spicy kani salad, shrimp tempura roll, beauty and beast special roll. Also got the sushi deluxe and that was served with miso soup and salad. To drink I got the lychee martini.
Food was amazing. Our waiter was very kind and friendly. We got a little chatty and didn't look at the menu immediately, so we weren't ready to order. He was very patient and gave us enough time but did check on us. I really appreciate that.

The sushi is pretty fresh and squishy. Doesn't feel too tart or dry like the fish has been sitting there too long. Sauces are good. The atmosphere could be better, seems kind of bland. Maybe some more atmospheric lighting and artwork on the walls would ameliorate the situation. Service is pretty good. Asked for a couple shots of tequila and she only gave me one. A couple means two. Minor demerit on that, but otherwise decent attention to detail.
