We got the spicy fish sandwich chicken nugget meal and a small Mac n cheese which was a complete waste of money we looked at it n were just disgusted.. we got the Mac for the baby and there's no way we were giving that to our b child the nuggets were bland bland as hell had absolutely no taste the fries were soggy even my 2yr old wouldn't eat them and she b loves French fries.. the fish sandwich was OK but again was bland even though it was spicy it was just hot with no flavor...oh n the "sprite" tasted like tap water not sprite.. terrible TERRIBLE waste of money $30 for 2 meals n a small Mac.... never going here again no quality control

HORRIBLE WORKERS !!!!! They claim I couldn’t order 12 piece family meal through drive through so I decided to come into the store paid for my order was told to come back in 15 mins because chicken wasn’t ready which I did when I came back the gentleman at the counter said sorry you would have to wait another 15 mins because we GAVE YOUR CHICKEN AWAY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ORDERED THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND INSIDE STORE !!!!!!! THE COOK HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE!!!!

Terrible customer service, excessive waiting time 47 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken and for collection they last up to 40 minutes when the application tells you 25
If I can give 0 stars, I would. I order an 8 peice chicken nugget, they tell me pull to stop sign I pull up to stop sign. I wait 22 minutes, than I walk inside and the lady says “drive thru” I say yes, than another young gentleman comes over he’s very kind and says “she forget to drop the nuggets for you, we will have them ready in a few minutes, sorry for the wait” I than stated I was on break, and I already been here for 25 minutes. Everytime I have went here, it’s always terrible service and always a long wait. If I didn’t go inside, I wouldn’t have even knew they forgot to drop them, never mind how long i would’ve sat outside.

Worst experience ever!!!! Ordered online and left an hour land a half later without my food and had to receive a refund. Very unorganized and disrespectful staff. The franchise should penalize the owner who's sister also works there. They do not care because they will always have customers due to the prices and area. It's a shame they do not take more pride and put customer service on the forefront. They handle money and then tuck the fries inside the to go box with the same unloved hands. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Stopped here a few times the past few weeks with the drive thru, every time told to park. At least 15 minutes each time which is ridiculous already but okay. It happens. Last visit I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. A regular chicken sandwich. I was the only one there and by the time I got my food, there was like 6 other people waiting. I love you popeyes but not this popeyes
