Food came out a little at a time. Not all together. Surf and turf came with breaded shrimp instead of lobster as ordered. Brought out lobster to correct it then charged 17.49 up charge for the lobster. 15 minutes to get glass of wine when we could see it sitting on the bar. Same with a draft beer. Steak was super salty. Scallops had no flavor and were rubbery. Server asked if we wanted more biscuits. We never got them. Got bill corrected and they didn't charge for 1 beer to make up for everything. Worst experience we have ever had here. I know it's a chain restaurant but we have eaten here before and it was good. Never again. Will never go back here

My response to your responce:I don't do face book. You have my email account, you may contact me.You would think that a chain restaurant with lobster in it's title would serve fantastic lobster. Went here about four weeks ago and we were served the worst lobster ever. It was suppose to be broiled but it was more like poached and they were slimy. Summoned the manager and we were offered a second loboster. My wife passed on the offer. I took the offer without the slime. Guess again, I got slime. They made cooking changes that spoiled the lobster (hope it wasn't a cost cutting effort). How sad, I use to love this place.

HORRIBLE .!!! HORRIBLE !!!HORRIBLE.!Everytime I come here it has ALWAYS BEEN A ISSUE. But this time was the worst. The lobster was not cooked at all to where you could have easily noticed it . My salmon was not cooked complete and my mash potatoes were cold . I’ve asked my waitress for my glass of water three different times and she finally brings it when I decided to get up and leave . My husband ordered the endless shrimp and only had a chance to eat once and his second round came while we were putting our coats on . We still left our waitress a tip because hey it’s not her fault . But moving forward this red lobster lost us as customers
