Not a bad place but i made a mistake trying the sushi first which made my stomach upset and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom at the moment i did not vomit or anything but my stomach was fighting something. Came out grabbing my second plate just hoping it was something else and not the restaurant. I barely ate anything. I couldn't cause i felt sick, still had to pay even though all I managed to get in my belly was bad sushi and nothing else. My plate was still full of food mostly untouched but they demanded that i pay anyway because "I ate". The place is ok but be warned about the sushi...

Last Friday, I drove 7 of Jobcorps student to this Buffet from Callicoon. We always go there and I heard that they have the reputation to give you the wrong change.Despite that they know that it's school, they always insist for a bigger tip and I always leave them $20. This time the waitress manged to give me again the wrong change and took $10 for herself. Now I have to pay that $10 from my own pocket.I will go back in 2 weeks and this time I will not leave any tip!

Had the pleasure of sitting next to the owners kids and his friends today. After about a half hour of just listening to him abuse the waiters, make racist comments about people enjoying the food. I held my tongue for all of it until he started saying he wasn't going to pay and then when he finnaly gave in he played the fake out game pulling money away from the waitress mutplie times she eventually had to pick it up off the floor while his friends laughed. I finnaly spoke up and said, just let the girl do her job. He freaked out and started calling his dad and asking my full name to "ban" me. I gladly gave him my name because I don't need to be "banned" to never go back if that is how they treat staff. The poor waitress came over after and confirmed they are the ownes kids and they do this all the time. I'll never be back.

I give 3 stars cause the food is delicious. The service? Last few years Ive been coming here I used to always be treated with good service, waitresses were kind and nice to my kids. Lately the last few times I have gone with my family, we've clearly been rushed out after just sitting down after 10 minutes. My child has autism and happens to like some of the dishes here. Shes a picky eater so we take our kids here to enjoy. Usually this is never a problem.. Last couple of times our Waitress was rude, and rushed us out the door each time. We mustve heard "Thank you have a good day" 4 times within 10 minutes. Our kids do not drink what they offer as one still drinks milk... and the other obviously just like her food, is particular about what she drinks which I shouldnt have to disclose to anyone. But for the sake of a review this was my experience. The service here used to be awesome. Refills were accomodated. I saw my waitress accomodate other tables for refills and never came back to mine and this was on multiple occasions. This place used to be my favorite spot to go with my family and now I feel this will be my last. My money will go towards the Tokyo hibachi down the road. Fantastic service and amazing food too. Its a shame. My wife literally saw one of the ladies waving her arms to rush us out of our table. Check was on our table before i even got to finish my plate and my kids were still trying to eat. I've never seen a place where some of the people waiting on you can be so rude when all they have to do is give you a drink refill and not even bring you your food. I always tip well over 20% and this time I definitely did not. No one wants to spend 50+ dollars to choke on food.
