“A must eat at bar and grill. Located on the 2nd floor of the Marketplace at Steamtown. Paul the owner/chef was super personable and cooked our food to order. Nothing was pre-cooked. I had the shrimp poboy and my husband had the Philly cheese steak both were AMAZING!!!!! This is a must stop in the Scranton, PA. Love us some Betty's bar and grill.“
