Went into the store at 6:00 pm and was told they are not taking orders anymore when the sign says they are open until 9:00. Very rude employee someone with put a mobile order 30 minutes earlier. She was just making it at the point. So I went back into the app to double check the hours, the mobile app said they were no longer taking orders anymore.

I had a really good experience at this location on 10/23/2023. I was the 3rd customer in line, and I got to watch the young lady behind the counter give nothing but excellent service to a very elderly man. And then again to the woman in front of me. She smiled the entire time I was in line. All the way until I walked out the door. She was very kind to the older man, wasn't rushing him, she was helping him actually. He had a hearing problem and was moving a little slow and it didn't bother her one bit, and it was refreshing to see it. It was nice to see someone so young providing customer service like this. I hope she remains that way all through life. You never know what someone else is going through, I was having a rough day that day and watching how she treated the people ahead of me in line, reminded me what's important in life. To be kind to each other. Her name is Kirsten Thompson. She should be really proud of herself. Its hard to get customer service like that these days.

This is one of the better subways I been to. The service was good and fast. The place is small and hard to move when there's a lot of people. The hoagies themselves where good but they ran out of meat and didn't give me pepperoni on my second one. Also subway needs to bring back sweet peppers! I was disappointed about that!

The employees did a great job, however the manager was complaining about them in front of me and other customers. I know what it's like to work in this environment and it is extremely unhealthy.
Internet is always down. I’ve been there 3 separate times this happened when needing to pay while watching 1 employee mess with the computer and jiggle a wire in the back for 15 minutes. Several employees also don’t know how to make the default menu items; never are made correct
