Food was bland and it tasted like the water they boiled the pasta in. Presentation was horrible. And the garlic bread was burnt. It doesn't take a genius to know how to make a simple garlic bread. But it takes a stupid one to burn one. Never eating from here again. I recommend you don't either. Just horrible.

I had a baby shower there for my daughter the food was nasty the silverware was nasty people were nasty the waitress was disrespectful they rushed you out of there the place is dirty you could tell they never clean it they yelled at us because we were going to pop balloons and we were going to clean it up because they had a party coming in at 5:00 and they took her food and I know they had to use it for somewhere else because the food was too cold as anything it was nasty paid over $600 to have the baby shower and it was nothing but nasty never ever go to Villa Maria again

I'm sorry I waited so long to write this review. My husband and I moved to Florida a few months ago and what and who we miss the most is The Villa Maria and our very dear friends Joe and Judy Cirba who first brought us to The Villa. Please don't take for granted "the gem" that you all have in this establishment. Joe and Lori are good people who always greeted us with love and a smile. Every server we ever had was the best. I'm 100% Italian and know good food. Joe's red sauce and meatballs with cavatelli are worth the plane ride back to Scranton and that says a lot. My husband says that no one makes a white stuffed pizza like The Villa Maria and believe me he's tried to find one. I love Lori's special touch in decorating for all the holidays and the bands are always great to listen to. This is a well seasoned restaurant with a heart for serving the community. We have eaten there countless times with our friends and never had a bad meal. We miss this place so much and wish them continued success in business. When we return to visit The Villa Maria will be one of our first stops.

Ordered 3 Thanksgiving meals. The container was stuffed with all the fixings. Plus 3 pumpkin pies and sweet potatoes. Was still pretty warm when I picked it up. When I arrived they had everything ready and I was in and out back home before I knee it. Will definitely order again next year. Thank

There for a private party (hence- no photos), but I was absolutely stunned by how big the place is. You'd never know just from the looks outside how spacious it is in there.

The food was so great from the Villa Maria tent at LaFesta that we decided to come have dinner here today. We were not disappointed! My husband got the stuffed shells with meatballs and I got the chicken parm with pasta. They had the grab and go $9 special. What a value. Sorry I didn't remember to take photos of the food, but we thought it was great. I thought my portion size was on the large size, but my husband has a large appetite and his two meatballs and three stuffed shells were a little light for him. Of course I shared ?.We sat in the outdoor covered area where there was a bar. Please be aware that people are allowed to smoke at that bar! We did not realize it when we sat outside, but it didn't really bother us after all. Also, they do not have a liquor license so don't think the presence of a bar means they serve drinks. You can bring your own though - BYOB.We are looking forward to returning and trying other dishes, although I really loved my chicken parm!

I'm going to assume this is the villa maria that has the stand at La Festa Italiana, if I'm incorrect, I apologize... That being said.My girlfriend ordered a chicken parm sandwich/hero whatever for 10 dollars. ( We all know prices are inflated for the festival. What she got was a frozen Tyson chicken patty, some mediocre marinara, and some ricotta cheese. How can y'all justify serving this slop to people? Are you telling me it's too hard to prep chicken cutlets? Are y'all telling me that you ran out of supplies and had to run to schiffs for frozen breaded chicken patties? Too cheap to put mozz in there? I'm really trying to form a conclusion here. The only people who would be satisfied with your Italian food are people who have permanently lost their sense of taste, people from small towns in Ireland who might not know any better and/or people who also think dominoes is good pizza. Disgraceful.

Ordered online.. stuff was missing from our order but that’s not even that worst of it. Had the fettuccine alfredo (everything tasted old and like it was sitting out) and woke up in the middle of the night with SEVERE food poisoning. NEVER again will eat from here and will be letting others know too.

tried this restaurant for the first time tn and i have to say i was truly satisfied in all aspects. not only was the food phenomenal but the portion sizes were also great and you could tell how fresh the ingredients used in the dishes are. i can't recommend this place enough!
