Very rude when I asked for menu options over the phone, made it seem like they were in a rush or I was "stupid", also when I came to pick up my order I had to wait an extra 15 mins as if they forget about me .. my fingers were burning through the box bc it was freshly made.

Bad experience. After traveling 50 minutes to pick up a pizza order, Vince Pizza Prince lost my order!! Don't offer a discount for my inconvenience. They didn't seem to care. I just left. I guess they don't need my business. Not a family atmosphere anymore. It's a just a business. Miss the old days!! Wow what a lying Response from the owner, I have the phone number for Vinces saved in my contacts for years and have the record of my phone call to the Vinces. . Just to set the record straight. This is sad. Always loved the pizza.

Fyi; STAR review is based entirely on owners' attitude.Been loving Vinces' pizza for over 45yrs. His daddy ran the business as a business should. He created one of the best, tastiest (burn roof of mouth) deliciousness of a pizza, that continues to never disappoint.Vince Jr... well, he's quite the character. It wasn't the 1st, 2nd or even less than a dozen occasions, where, well.... if he is in his "legendary mood", YOU, the customer will take a hit, if not the entire brunt of it.Ask some of your friends and family about him... bet'cha they'll relate.Sorta sad, that we, as consumers' continue to endure or "put up with" these episodes of his, because we all fell in love with the real prince, Vince Sr & his marvelous pizza, all those years ago.["HE" usually likes to defend his shortcomings - so have at it Vinnie]

I had the great pleasure of discovering Vince the Pizza Prince in 1986 as a junior at the U. It immediately became my beloved pizza of choice, consumed at regular intervals, until moving away after graduation in 1987. My old apartment mate, great friend, and enthusiastic VtPP convert, Mike Weaver, and I made a special visit to share a pizza here after our 36-year hiatus. True to our chef and carrier-on of the family tradition Alex's word, not a thing had changed. Which was just as we had hoped. The pizza was perfectly marvelous! All you lucky NE PA folk and passers-by, do yourselves a solid and put Vince the Pizza Prince on your go-to list. Heart, head, and belly will be all the jollier for it.

How do you make me wait for my food for almost two hours after telling me one hour and then give me cold hard pizza after I called n asked is my food ready to be told it's going in now after an hour and a half n when I called with the issue I was told we don't call people back for their food it's not their responsibility you told me to leave my number and to come back when you call me what the hell never again worse management and food obviously since it's hard and cold

I've been eating this pizza since I was a very small child! It was basically a Friday tradition to walk down the block for a few trays. Unfortunately, I can't make it a weekly dinner nowadays, but I still get this delicious treat as often as I can.
