“Wouldn't honor a coupon that they advertised on their Facebook page. Tried to upcharge for steak even though the coupon specifically said ANY wedgie. This was after the employee argued that we were wrong about what the coupon price was even though we were looking right at it when we called. Deleted my comments under the coupon post after I declined to order and wanted to warn others about the false advertisement. Very poor customer service.“

“We weren't able to get food as the kitchen was closed for the night. But we enjoyed the bar and beer sampling they offered us We even got to try the candy bar beer. It was a really deep chocolate with caramel finish. Very good for those with a big sweet tooth!!“

“If your the typical 9 to 5 type person and want a sit down meal to catch up with the family??then this is the place for you .Friendly people family type atmosphere not a bunch of drunks or that constant ANYTHING ELSE after each item ordered like you get at .say Burger King or McDonald's where they let you to believe your bothering them from some important meeting they are having.This wS 1 of out favorite places to eat with the kids.“

“Their pizza is phenomenal!!!! A must have every time I order from there is their canolis!!! Omg their so good!!!!Vegetarian options: They have salad options plus there's a veggie pizza and white pizza. I highly recommend the veggie pizza!Parking: There's a parking lot 2 buildings up before you get to where their at or there's street parking on both sides of the street.“

“I was one of the first workers they hired when they first opened their restaurant those many years ago. I know first hand that they are extremely clean, super nice, and make their own bread/pizza shells/and french fries. They are tops in my book. My family and I have enjoyed their food for many years and always enjoy introducing out of state friends and relatives to this family owned restaurant that has become a local treasure.“

“We're locals, so we know that dining options are VERY limited in Venango County, but we appreciate the old-school ambiance and casual atmosphere at our favorite don't-wanna-get-dressed-up, spur-of-the-moment-dining-out local establishment. The servers are super-efficient and friendly, especially if you "know the routine"...and many of them have been there for 20+ years which explains having a routine! The pasta dishes are delish with a slightly sweet sauce, but expect reasonable portions with minimal leftovers (a plus for those of us inclined to overindulge). Basic beer and wine selections are available -- our go-to is a carafe of valpolicella. The pizza is also fantastic if you enjoy a thick & chewy crust. Finally, order the garlic bread. It's my very favorite in the entire world, and not to be missed! It is cash-only, but if you have your checkbook that works too!“

“I cannot say enough about the service we received at Franklin Pizza Hut tonight. They hosted the Franklin Area School District's Jr-High Soccer Team after the last game of the season and everything was fantastic! Thank you so much for a great celebration!“
