We stopped in here shortly before they closed. Before ordering I asked if they were still making food and she said yes with a smile. Very pleasant and helpful with my special requests. Excellent service at this Arby's location. Food is good, typical Arby's food. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. I dropped my milkshake as I picked it up from the counter, they promptly replaced it and cleaned up the mess.

We stopped here while traveling back home for thanksgiving. Food was good, but what really was the excellent customer service. Bradly greeted us and was cheerful and refreshing to deal with.
