we came to your Dairy Queen on April 10 at 7:30 PM. This is not the first time we’ve been there but the line for the drive-through moose so so slowly. The girl at the counter that took my money which I gave her a 20 and $.66, the cost of the milkshake was 466. She gave me six dollars back. I did ask her for the rest of my change. I told her I had given her a 20. It is rather frightening when people cannot change and they stand and don’t use their time well. As an owner, I think I would want to know that .

The “medium “ blizzard cup is only 4” tall for $6. Either Dairy Queen ripped me off or the drive through worker is over paid.Service here is usually hit or miss. Can’t really rely on friendly service.

There are several DQs in the immediate area, but two stand out in service and food preparation - the one on State Street in Sharon and the one in Sharpsville.Parking: Free parking lot and wheelchair accessible.Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented with kids food choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed by wheelchair.

Ordered online through the app. They offer both food and ice cream. The food was ready when I got there and the staff were friendly. The building is relatively new and clean and easy parking and a drive-thru. Attention to detail was noted throughout. It was styled for the town that it is in too. The DQ spoon for door handles was a nice touch.Overall, great place to get both food and ice cream if you like DQParking: Parking lot is off a main road that can be hard to turn left out of, but parking lot offers plenty of space

Stopped for a medium twist cone. When the cashier handed me my cone, I was shocked at how small a medium was there. Usually a medium cone is about 3-4 inches of ice cream above the cone. This was barely the size of a small. I even said that it was small for the price of a medium. Anyway, when I bit into the cone, it was stale. One of the worst cones I’ve had. I usually go to Sharpsville DQ but thought I’d try the new store. I won’t be back to this one.
