Placed an order for pickup to be ready at 10 AM. It was prepaid so that all I had to do was swing through and get it. I arrived at 10:05 and decided I would walk inside to pick up my order. I walk in, and there is no one else in front of me. I proceeded to stand there for a couple of minutes before any of the 3 people working there even acknowledged my existence. This Dunkin location is my favorite! Bobby, the manager, is very professional and friendly. The coffee is great, the food is great and the staff are super friendly and courteous! I frequent this restaurant often and look forward to purchasing my order and the interaction with all the employees. Shippensburg is lucky to have this Dunkin and it’s great crew!

Always impressed with this location's staff. Although they were SUPER busy today(on a Friday) the staff seemed very on top of their orders and promptly assisted me with getting my order picked up, and the food+coffee was hot and delicious! Thank you Shippensburg Dunkin!!!!
