Just had dinner there and it was great. Their beer selection wasn't their own brew but the other choice more than made up for it. 5-stars all the way. Went back to dinner here and the food did not disappoint but their Girl Scout Cookie beers did. However, a really nice touch was the inclusion of the actual Girl Scout Cookies!!!

Live 1 min away…but I would rather drive elsewhere for beer that is actually hoppy and food that isn't pre prepared frozen food. This place needs to consider quality over quantity.

The live music here is amazing. There was this weird guy named Jeremiah who was soo good. The staff is amazing and the food is great too. The brewmaster has a great intuition for making a killer beer. Go to this place; you will have a blast.

This place speak everything you think of w a college town bar, extensive beer menu and a variety of foods. I don't need to write a lot just simply say, $5 flight Friday nights. For the craft brewery lover need I say more. Don't hesitate to make a stop at Maxie's if your visiting the area.

Boneless wings raw. Service was horrible. 4 orders 3 were not correct. Very slow service. Great atmosphere good band. Would not recommend.
Was at maxies tonight. I am a regular customer. Tonight I got the Cajun dry rub wings. An order of 12. They were the biggest wings I've had in a long time. And they were great with the ranch dressing. Also had their ship faced light brew . It's my favorite of thier many great brews. Always great service and great people working there

I've tried Maxies's Brew House on 3 different occasions over the past 3 weeks, including a pickup order today and the food and beers are excellent. The food you get for the price is a great value. The taco night tacos are huge and only $2-4 depending on your meat choice like beef, chicken or shrimp! Food quality is one of the best in Shippensburg, if not the best I've had from todays selections! I am not a big beer guy, but from the few I tried, they were very good if not better than some of the other breweries in the area. If you have not tried Maxie's, make sure you do, because you are missing out on one of the best places to eat & drink in Shippensburg. I will be a regular customer now!

My husband and I love getting food here occasionally. For a small bar off of King st, the food is absolutely shockingly good. I feel like unlike a lot of other places in town, this establishment isn’t afraid to experiment with food and try new things either. I love trying different items on their menu. My husband says their beers are great to (I don’t drink).We’ve also been here to see a friends band play a few times. They absolutely make everything work with the space they have. It’s really cozy inside.The staff has always been extremely accommodating, friendly and attentive. They have definitely have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service.
