The desk clerk was not interested in being helpful, the price was higher than the quote, the rooms were dated and the air conditioner would not go lower than 72. But no bugs, so 3 stars. Won't stay again.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Building needs updating. Bathroom and room were very dated and had tiles falling off the wall. Breakfast was disappointing. The attendant needs to be better at anticipating needs when it comes to refilling the food. We had to wait about 15min to have the eggs refilled. Coffee had run out and again we needed to wait for a new pot to brew.Walkability: Very close to the university and trails in the area.Food & drinks: Restaurant located in lobby

Quite old, the bathtub has stains so I don't dare take a bath. Bed sheets are not washed clean. You can stay temporarily to move to the next destination of your trip. Breakfast is included, only a few dishes include bread and eggs. I give high marks to the staff serving water and morning coffee, very enthusiastic and cheerful.
