We went thru drive thru and seemed very busy after getting home realized we were missing things called the manager on duty sabastion....who was very polite and professional offered to fix problem right away or our next visit and I'll be happy to eat at this Wendy's again

Normally I love Wendy's but tonight was very disappointing to start they were out of several items and then I asked that the blu cheese be left off my Cobb salad, which it wasn't in fact there seemed to be more cheese then there usually is, my asiago chicken sandwich was burnt and inedible, and last but not least my baked potato was put in the bag upside down to where all the cheese stuck to the lid and wouldn't come off easily. Like I said usually love Wendy's but I won't be back

You know, maybe making sure your entire cooking line isn't on their phones when theres a massive line of customers waiting for their food might actually help... waited fir 30 minutes because your employees were all sitting on their phones staring at the line like half brain dead sheep. Also explains why half my food was messed up, missing a burger on one of them, fries were cold.

I normally don’t leave reviews but hopefully if they see enough bad reviews then maybe this location will actually make some changes. First of all going to this place I knew that over the past couple years the service is incredibly slow. I ordered a double cheeseburger it took them about 20 minutes to get that ready to go with one person in front of me in line and nobody in the drive through and about 10 people just standing around behind the counter. When they finally got it ready they gave me the wrong burger (didn’t surprise me because for all the years I’ve been going here they have yet to get my order right) and I said screw it because I didn’t want to waste another 20 minutes waiting for them to get it right. I then get to my car and my fries and burger are already cold. So once again it’s time for me to not go back to this Wendy’s for a few months hoping that it will be better next time only to be disappointed.

Terrible we stoped her on the way to Tennessee and the floors where very slippery and they have us 2 6 pieces instead of 2 10s that we ordered also we had asked for a single cheese burger and they gave us a triple
Despite telling the cashier two times that I wanted no sauce on my chicken sandwich, it had sauce, checking the receipt, he never marked it down. Others in party had correct orders and said their food was good.

Apparently this location is competing with McDonald's ice cream machine. Ordered frosties via the app and when I went to pick them up, they were out of chocolate. Decided on berry instead and it was trash. Too thin and an overtly fake flavoring. Also ordered the $5 meal deals and they forgot our chicken nuggets. Need to hire some immigrants and maybe they'll get things right.

I'm sad to say this Wendy's doesn't have great service. The workers don't seem to care about your food. I loved Wendy's where I used to live, but this location just isn't great imo. The only great thing I've gotten is fries, but that isn't a consistently great item either.
