“Old-School Drive-In with excellent food, a large menu, super clean & friendly. I've been coming here since they first opened. As a kid, it was our dinner stop when we would travel on weekends from Norristown to Saint Clair. Glad it's still here and very good! You must stop!“

“Checked out Spenny’s this past week while on a little trip to the Reading area. Checked out Tony’s a couple years ago and had been hearing I should check this place out and after looking over the menu, I agreed!Decided to go with “The Classic Jawn” - cooper sharp wit, and an order of the loaded tots that I split with my friend (who got herself a chicken cheesesteak). The woman who helped us at the counter, and the woman who brought the food/drinks to the table were both very friendly. The decor was also very cool. They had a fun neon sign and the one wall was littered with various reading and Philly lore. The loaded tots came with bacon and a sauce that was like an American cheese sauce and ranch hybrid. The tots were nice and crispy even with all of the wet and heavy stuff on them and the flavor was very good. I’d get these anytime I stopped here. The classic jawn was a very good steak. I felt at $13 that the amount of meat was perfectly fine but I could see people complaining…it’s what they do ??♂️. Ribeye with cooper sharp and a small dice onion on a seeded Corropolese roll. It was exactly what I’d hoped for when heading in.I’d go back for sure and I’d order the same exact thing. Spenny’s in Reading, PA - Didn’t Suck!“

“I have never gotten anything at Plum Creek that I didn't like. The food is always amazing and service is friendly. Expect a little bit of a wait if you come at peak times, as they are usually really busy. The only downside is that it is a little pricey but I don't mind paying a little extra to support a local business.“

“It is one of my favorite places to eat some food and ice cream. They have a bunch of different toppings to make your order special. I love their chicken tenders and cheddar fries. The cheese is amazing, and the ranch sauce is just as good."Life is better with ice cream." Well, money can't buy you happiness, but it buys you ice cream, which gives you happiness“

“I was served last night by a boy named Ryan and he was soooo sweet! He got slammed out of nowhere and he handled it so well! He kept his composure and made sure everybody had what they needed! He basically took care of a whole line of people himself, with a smile! I give him so much credit! He was great! What a great employee to have! Thanks! We LOVE our cotton candy ice!“
“Fresh, great tasting, homemade donuts and pastries. I was visiting from out of town and picked up a variety of items from the location on Kutztown Road in Temple. We loved everything. The apple fritter was excellent - it actually had pieces of apple in it! The lady working was friendly and helpful. The prices ranged from $2 - $3.50 an item. There's not much to the place and it's pretty unassuming from the outside, but well worth trying and supporting local!“
“Have been Doordashing from this location and its always been great. However, I had to try the dine in experience for first time. Great overall but I coulda sworn I saw a face in the wall in the bathroom! Creepy! (Photo for reference)- Michael Afton“

“My 1st time having Italian shaved ice so my aunt took me to Rita's in the cold. I wanted a the coconut cream ice with vanilla custard topping but they were out of both. Guess they had a busy night as it was only 8pm. I got the mango ice and it was very good ?. Next time I visit my family I'll have go earlier.“

“It’s a great store, we are grateful it is here. Ordering is easy, generally fast, sometimes there has been a crowd here or there, but overall, I’m highly satisfied. Once or twice the cookie I wanted was sold out, which was devastating, but I guess I can’t blame them given they sold out because they were likely delicious. Most of the time, it’s very quick visit, in and out, and I get what I want without any problems. I always appreciate the menu being updated regularly, sometimes a cookie is a mess but overall we love crumbl!“

“The woman was incredibly kind and assisted us with our questions regarding their new dairy free flavors. She even knew to put our kids ice creams in the same size containers to avoid any sibling fights haha! She went above and beyond. Very nice visit. =)“

“Delicious and homemade, although I wish they had my favorite flavor, Cookie Butter, more often All their flavors are great, though! My favorite alternative is coffee espresso with hot fudge and it's awesome! Oo and their waffles and ice cream is to die for!“
