Messed up our ordered. We caught it immediately before we left. Wouldn’t offer any kind of compensation for the mix up. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix their mistakes. Made it seem like we were the inconvenience for them giving us the wrong food and having to remake ours. Girl at the counter said “was this my mistake?” Didn't even apologize for the mixup. Unprofessional in all aspects.

First and foremost, the practice of charging customers extra for using a credit card customer-unfriendly. In this day and age, most establishments accept credit cards as a standard form of payment without any additional fees. It felt like a cheap shot to the customer's convenience and a clear money-grabbing tactic on the part of the restaurant.Moreover, the overall dining experience was marred by this unwelcome surprise at the end of the meal. Instead of leaving with a satisfied stomach and a smile on my face, I left feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the entire experience. The food itself, which could have potentially redeemed the situation, was overshadowed by the negative experience of being charged extra for using a widely accepted form of payment.I urge you to reconsider its policy on credit card fees if it wishes to retain customers and foster positive relationships. In a competitive dining landscape, such practices are simply not acceptable and reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole.I cannot recommend this restaurant to others until they address this issue and prioritize customer satisfaction over profit margins. I won’t be back.

Let me start by saying that the service was very good, the waitress was attentive and the food came out fast. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and the outdoor seating looked like it would be lovely in the summer. However, I would warn anyone with a bit of a belly to go for a table as the booths do not have anywhere near enough room. Most importantly though, the food: I got an order of mozzarella sticks, a medium stromboli, and a large pizza with 2 fountain drinks. The pizza was ok, but was lacking in flavor. The crust reminded me of slightly over toasted white bread. The stromboli was delicious, the crust reminded me of a pretzel roll and the filling was seasoned well. However, their medium is the size of a small at most other establishments I have been to. The mozzarella sticks were tasty, but it's hard to mess them up. I paid $65 before tip, which I think is exorbitant for the amount and quality of the food overall. I will not be returning and I would advise anyone looking for food to just drive an additional 5 miles down the road to literally any other restaurant.
They have the best Fra Diavlo sauce I’ve ever had anywhere. It comes with the Mussels Fra Diavlo but it also perfect for dipping your Boli in to. We totally had to take the leftovers home cuz it’s way to good to leave. Yum! ❤️

Good sandwiches on home baked bread?but no fries? or chips with. I thought I ordered the special that has pepperoni and mushrooms?but didn't notice anything more than meat, cheese and lettuce. $13 seems high but with wages that doubled since 2020 so should prices I guess. Would have gave a higher score☆ but less than an hour later I threw it all up? This JoJos has a convenient location, plenty of parking, rustic interior, seasonal outside dining, and pleasant staff. Would probably try again.Parking: Off street and free. Other businesses nearby.

We have order from JoJo’s on 22 multiple times. Placed my order at 4:27pm and was told 15-20 minutes. Arrived at 4:37pm (I know a little early). I was told they were a little busy and waiting on the pizza. They gave me my mozzarella sticks and I waited, until 5:29pm when my pizza was finally ready. I got home only realize that the pizza is burnt. I usually don’t mind and understand that things happen. But this is the 3rd time something like this has happened. Very disappointed to say the least.
