They have a kiosk where you order your food. I never particularly liked ordering food through kiosks because of the complexity that they provide. I would much rather order my food with a person to be sure that it is done properly.Food preparation and delivery were just fine but can't give a five-star service when there's lacking interaction at the get go.
We always expect the prices to be higher at rest stops-understood. I didn't know it at the time, but I had clicked a 15% one-time BK deal on my credit card site, so that was fortunate. I had a Whopper Jr. and Fries and the two other adults ordered a Whopper and Fries. Both commented on how large the burger was and how good it was. The food was hot and done well. our three-year old traveler loved the paper crown and prize in the meal, and also was eating the food! My one complaint...read full review
