Why work fast food and be angry 24/7 . I don’t understand I thought management had change but it’s still the same problem. If I’m spending 50 plus on chicken I feel like there should be good customer service applied with it. The people here are very rude and disrespectful. Make me wanna take my chicken urge some wheee else.

I stand by my previously stated opinion that another chicken restaurant is my favorite but that doesn't mean Popeyes doesn't deserve 5 stars. Our food was perfectly fine, fresh and hot. Service was friendly and accommodating. The dining room needed a good cleaning but that goes for the whole dining area and not just Popeyes. If you can't all agree on chicken there are several other good choices but I try to keep the focus on the one I review. This is a good stop with lots of truck parking as well. Thanks for having us. P.S. I love your mashed potatoes and gravy the most.

Racist and rude employee named Vickie with blue lips was visibly irritated when she was asked a question about the menu. She rolled her eyes and sighed as if she had something better to do. Isn't that her job to take orders and answer questions about the menu? We then decided not to spend our money and said "nevermind thank you" because of her lackluster attitude. She then laughed in a sarcastic manner as we walked off. Because I heard her laugh, I went back to inform the manner of her despicable behavior and asked her to speak to her manager. She again laughed, pointed and said "he's down there". I then asked "can you please get him for me?" She then yelled and said "this nice lady wants to talk to you". Her passive aggressive behaviors were not appreciated, when I had done nothing but smile and decline to eat there due to her attitude. Jimmy the manger was a great listening ear. But Vickie should be dealt with. I will be calling cooperate.

Took quite literally 20 minutes for the food to come out. Can’t say I’ll ever recommend a Popeyes again… at most a D tier chain fast food restaurant at this point.

Cazziul Tempest

The employees at this location are rude and no concern about travelers. They lack the discipline to work their entire shift and will close early refusing customers even 10 minutes before posted times, even when it is visually obvious they still have sellable products. This place services thousands of truck drivers most of who have no other options for food other than these service plazas and the places in them. These truckers often will then have to wait ten hours to move on somewhere else due to hours of see concerns. So when a crew decides to close early, especially when done in a disrespectful manor as was done tonight, the whole crew should be fired immediately as it was when I worked fast food.
