I’d give the Wendy’s in Somerset Pa a 0 if it were an option for their continuous poor service. Friday at 6:00 in the evening I ordered via the app for pickup. When I got there they had 3 cars waiting in online pickup spots and 4 cars ahead of me moving at a snails pace. They had at least 7 people inside looking clueless and apparently they were! Both of our sandwiches were wrong, and I ordered regular chicken nuggets and got hot and spicy! This is a fiasco every time we go there! One of the most Mis- managed fast food places. Btw I never received a receipt either!
