I used to order here as our go-to cheesesteak place. Once the name changed they’ve gotten pretty terrible. The past 4 or 5 times they’ve messed up our order. We’ve been given the wrong sandwiches on multiple occasions, paid for extra cheese and they don’t give it to you. Ordered something for delivery and never got it, called once and was told someone was on the way, called again after an additional half hour (at that point we had ordered 2 hours prior), and were told the order was lost. When it was Fresh Works they were great and we never had issues.
