Found this Italian gem last night for the first time. Loved the food, music, and decor. Food is very authentic and for those that are trying to eat more light you can get almost any pasta dish with broccoli . There are also non pasta selections like steak on the menu . Absolutely delicious! The owner Tony is a very great chef and host! We will be back many times over. I will also promote this gem across local FB as there are probably others like us that are nearby and never new Spring Grove had such treasure❤️

We’ve eaten here 3 times. The food is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The tiramisu is homemade and one of the best I’ve had. Not sure why more people don’t frequent this place. The tortellini ala crema is outstanding. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful place! If I didn’t look it up online, I would’ve just driven by it. Tony was so great and the food very delicious. Very southern Italian food with lots of seafood and tomato sauces. The prices can’t be beat either. Definitely go out of your way for this.
We were wanting to get to this place for dinner for some time now and finally got to do it. We were extremely pleased with the service, atmosphere and especially the food! Buon Appetito Ristorante definitely did not disappoint! This is an authentic Italian restaurant that serves authentic Italian cuisine with a smile. Tony Soprano would be patronizing this restaurant! Of course, if he could. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the affordable prices for a generous portion guarantees that we will be coming back again and again! We can't say enough about this place! Definitely a hidden treasure in the Spring Grove area. Make sure to stop in and enjoy the ambiance, wonderful customer service and delicious authentic Italian food. You won't be disappointed.

We have come here for quite awhile and find this as good as Tony’s restaurant on Frederick Street. The food, service and charm of Tony makes this place stand out. Our HOA has a monthly luncheon and we just talked about coming here more often. There were 14 in are party and everyone was very pleased with their meal. The portions were remarkable and very delicious, many carried home boxes, me included. A true and authentic Italian food restaurant that the owner truly loves what he makes. 5star all the way!Parking: Parking lot is fine, however you need to be very careful when pulling out, cars come up over hill very fast and are on you quickly. Take your time and stay alert.
This place is fantastic. I have not had Italian food this good since my ex-wife's father passed away ( 1st gen Italian/ successful hi-end restaurant owner). Do not let the outside dis-sway you. The inside is nice and the food is tremendous. Great service to boot. We arrived here from West Virginia and looked at Yelp for a good place to eat. Hooray for Yelp. A real gem of an Italian restaurant with an extremely varied and diverse menu with extremely reasonable prices. Loved it and looking forward to my next visit !?

Stopped by for the first time in a while. The food was excellent and plentiful. Chicken Marsala and Alfredo Suprema were delicious. Side salads were fresh and tasty. A pleasant surprise was the house brewed IPA! Tony is the best! Stop by and enjoy a great meal.

Diamond in the rough!!!The outside of the building isn't impressive, but it is REALLY cute inside. The food was fabulous! I went with 2 friends and we all loved what we had. Then we heard another table gushing about their food, so we had to ask what they got.The prices are reasonable, Food & Service are great - what more could you ask for?
