He said it with a bad attitude I said I know I'm sorry I made a mistake. He says you don't have to give me attitude.. I said you're the one with the attitude not me you act like you have a problem waiting on me and the way you treated the lady in front of me you were rude to her as well So I said you know what you can keep your ice cream and I was going to spend about $25 in here but I'm not now he was like oh that's fine alright that's fine..

This is an excellent place to eat fresh homemade ice cream and other desserts. They have a great selection of ice creams, gelatos, and drinks (bubble tea, coffee, milkshakes, and hot drinks). The service is also great. The eating area is a bit small, but it is still a nice place to have some ice cream with family or friends.

Place offers ice cream, bubble tea, and gelato! We ordered different ice creams and gelato and although it was good, it wasn't great. There was one worker who seemed tired and disengaged. The family before us ordered a bubble tea which took him 20-30 min to prepare. So although it was a cold late weekday afternoon, we waited more than 30 min for our ice cream.

Hoping that the OWNER sees this. Unfortunately, you have employees that are pretty rude. the hazelnut flavor has been "out " for MONTHS. Either because they don't like going to the back to get it or it is not being ordered. I have asked about its availability just about once per week for at least TWO MONTHS at this point, and each time, despite it being a benign question and no attitude on my part, the employees have been pretty darn rude about it. The gentleman who was either the main manager or owner of this place seemed like a great person when I met him. I told the associates that I was hoping they could look into the lack of availability or maybe ask the owner about it because I didn't think leaving reviews on google would be nice without allowing a company to fix things internally. However, based on the general conduct of the staff (more than one person behaves like this), I think management needs to address how this creamery is operating. Specifically, please advise the employees that despite whatever issues , views, or biases you may have when dealing with the public, you are not entitled to express them to the customers and essentially ruin the reputation of a company when the owner is the one who will be hurt.

I was in town for a soccer match and was looking forward to trying some of this ice cream, unfortunately drove out of my way to find that it's closed and the hours are posted incorrectly.

We loved to ice cream, I got vegan vanilla and mint chocolate chip and my mom got mint chocolate chip. They were both delicious!! They have mastered vegan vanilla ice cream!

Consistently great. Genuinely the best vegan ice cream I've ever had, which is hard to find in the first place. Their vegan strawberry in particular is SO good — it even has little strawberry bits in it! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
