I went to get a coffee after work and was greeted so nicely by Akeem. I feel like customer service sucks now a days but he made me smile at the end of my long work day. Have to give credit when credit is due! Will def be back to this Dunkin’ because of him! No matter how small people can make a difference in some ones day!
