“I had such a wonderful experience at this Pretzel Factory yesterday. My son's daycare was celebrating teachers appreciation month and it was our turn to bring a snack. My husband determined that soft pretzels would be a good idea to bring for the teachers. We got to the location around 8:00 a.m. and there were already three or four people in line. When the nice cashier heard us talking about a pretzel tray she let us know that it typically takes a day or two before they can fulfill those kind of orders. She then gave us several options to be able to take to his daycare that morning and a menu for the trays to take with us for the future. We ended up getting the largest order of the pretzel rivets/bites and two dipping sauces...then we get some regular pretzels for ourselves for breakfast (lol). I wish I would have gotten her name. She truly made me want to come back with how kind she was to us! The pretzels were on par with the soft pretzels I'm used to from the establishment. This will always be my Pretzel Factory location. I'd like to try their ice cream next.“

“Auntie Anne's are the best. Every location is great. The Springfield Mall location at 1250 Baltimore Pike, is great, good service. Great selections to choose from I give 5 stars for that. 2 stars the reason is that your not able to see them prep the pretzels any more. 2 stars not that many cashier's at this location. Everything elsewhere is great.“

“Live love Chucks ? best water ice and custard in South Philly, everything is homemade and fresh and the owners are so sweet. Down to earth place, prices are affordable. Personal favorite ices are the black cherry, pina colada, and strawberry lemonade.“

“Very good, fresh pretzels. They offer an assortment of options and they're extremely priced as well. I'm glad I went to them instead of one of their competitors. Their staff is chipper and helpful, always trying to get you the best bang for your buck.“

“Stopped here for ice cream. Parking: street or a lot right next door, which is $5/hr. I liked how you can walk up and order, or you can go inside. You can sit inside or outside. The staff at the counter was ok. I ordered vegan chocolate peanut butter. It was rich, but I didn't taste peanut butter. They offer soft serve or hard scoop ice cream. They also have water ice or pretzels. They also serve food. Overall“

“Have driven past a million times, and recently popped in a few times and have had such lovely experiences. The owner is friendly, personable and his team is top notch. The pretzels are delicious and perfect, and even on a busy day - like, for example, 5 hours before kickoff of the Super Bowl, we were able to pop in, snag 8 hot pretzels and be on our way in moments. Price is right. Awesome spot, thanks so much.“
