This location is often understaffed or understocked with food options when ordering.I don't know why eight people are behind the counter and nobody is getting food prepped when the line is empty, but it's consistent. That said, the staff that works is always polite and pleasant. There is no issue with the workers professionalism or hospitality.Sidebar, this isn't a note for the staff but Qdoba - I almost always leave without any napkins or utensils because exiting toward the door or not ordering a soft drink prevent me from walking in the direction of that station. That is just an annoying thing that falls on the customer and I personally always fall short of doing.

The food is good, but I think the portions have gotten less and less and the food is getting more expensive. It cost 11 bucks for a chicken bowl 16 bucks with extra chicken. The bowl is always only a half to 3/4 full. For $11-$16 I feel like I should get a full bowl of food.

I recently went to Qdoba for take out and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of hair in my burrito. This unexpected encounter significantly affected my enjoyment of the meal. While the flavors were commendable, the hygiene lapse was disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes steps to address such incidents to maintain their reputation for quality service and cleanliness. Very bad experience.

We stop by the Springfield Qdoba fairly frequently, and it's always been good, but they've especially stepped up their game lately. More varieties of proteins, the chips have been fresher and taste better, and the staff is great. Especially the crew the night of Tuesday 1/30 tonight went above and beyond. Keep up the good work!
