my dad, sister and i came to this location to have dinner , also had a reservation. ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes for our "reserved" table. got to the table, waited about 10 mins and figured the restaurant was short staffed so we cut the staff some slack (the three of us are restaurant workers so we're understanding 99% of the time). then a manager came up to us and brought us biscuits but didnt offer any drinks or water or even asked if anyone came to greet us. there were staff giving us glances, even 4 busboys cleaning one 6 top and yet no one came to us. i go up to the host to let her know it's been some time and no one came to greet us at all. she apologized and went to go grab a server but yet still no greeting and 5 minutes later a server who most likely had our booth in her section saw us, paused for a second at our table, and walked away. this was all in the course of 30-40 minutes. we only stayed so long because we were trying to be understanding but this was awful. as a server i cannot believe the lack of kindness, attentiveness or concern from anyone in the restaurant except for the hosts. horrible.

Sat at the bar shortly after 9 PM. Being in the industry, I didn’t want to be “that person,” so I checked that they were open until 11 PM prior. There was only two other individuals at the bar. Bartended greeted me with “picking up or dining in.” I was given a menu and she walked off. Ordered a drink… no check back. Ordered two appetizers…. No check back. Decided to not order an entree because the bartender seemed to be so bothered by having to actually make drinks and serve food. The entire time she had gloves on that she didn’t change. She was more focused on breaking down the bar to close. Products that need to be refrigerated were in a prep bin on the bar; she’s didn’t even move this when another patron sat down next to it. Plastic was being laid down over service bar and the area where blenders are stored. The entire time, she had her hands in and out of cleaning solutions and was touching fruit to garnish drinks with the same gloves. One waitress at service bar said: “this job isn’t it.” Very disappointed by the experience. Called to share feedback; waited on hold 15 mins. (I know it wasn’t busy). Manager Montez said “thanks for the feedback,” and then dismissed the call. Nobody here seems to enjoy this industry. Food was good, but nothing else.
