We were staying in Emporium and took a small detour to St Mary’s for lunch at the taproom. We shared a flight (ended up taking home a 6-pack of the Winter Bash, yum!) and both had a delicious sandwich (Beef on Weck and Bratwurst) with German Potato Salad. Everything was delicious, service was friendly, great experience! Highly recommend!

Food is good but their menu is small. Drinks are good. Their entertainment is definitely good they always have different verity's of entertainment. Arrive always seemed very nice polite

We had a fantastic tour of the brewery. One of the best US breweries in the country due to their dedication to their customer's tastes, refillable bottles, natural ingredients, traditional methods and heritage. They also tell you about the history of St. Mary's.

I have been visiting this brewery since they still had the Eternal tap as part of the brewery tour. The drive-up beer pick up is very convenient especially with their friendly and helpful staff. The tap room restaurant here is very good with many food options to try. They make a couple cheese dips and sauces from the Straub beer. I really enjoy the sandwiches and keep trying different ones. The gift shop has many clothes and gift ideas for fans of Straub or gifts for visitors. Check this place out when your are in the area.

While traveling thru the area, we took a slight detour to poke around St Marys for a bit - including a visit to Straub. We were impressed by the gift shop & tap room - stocking up on gifties & sampling some of the brews.Bartender & other staff were all friendly - it was definitely a laid-back atmosphere which was nice (we stopped by during mid-afternoon on a weekday).Really liked the open-air vibe of the place - would like to come back when we can spend more time just 'hanging out';)

Had lunch here for the first time today and it was decent. I've been here several times for just beer or to buy items from the gift shop/beer to go. The space here is 5/5 stars. Awesome indoor outdoor hybrid with the open garage doors. The outdoor space has real chairs & tables and not picnic tables now, I wasn't a fan of the old tables they didn't seem very sturdy. There's also a fire pit in the upper part of the patio. Would be an awesome place to see some live music and get your brew on! Beer is all very good as well. I got a flight today of the razz lager, summer splash, IPA, and octoberfest. I liked them all but summer splash was by far my favorite, very fruity and fresh. Surprisingly, as someone who loves raspberry, the razz lager was my least favorite, still drinkable and good though just not my first option. Food was ok. I had the pulled pork melt with the coleslaw and my dad had the beef melt with mac n cheese. The melt didn't have any sauce on it, it comes on the side, so it was pretty dry. My dad remarked the same thing about his melt. The chips it comes with are clearly out of a bag but I actually really liked them. The coleslaw was bare bones - I mean probably the dryest coleslaw I've ever had. I'm not even sure if it was supposed to be a vinegar or mayo based slaw, it was literally completely dry. I ended up putting some of the bbq sauce on it. We both got a side of beer cheese which was a showstopper, especially with the chips.

It was a very interesting brewery. Its a gravity fed brewery. Fair warning in the summer its very warm inside during the tour.

I love their beer, but the food wasn't very good. We had the tortilla chips with salsa and beer cheese. The cheese tasted homemade and was good. The salsa was overly sweet and tasted like it came from a jar. Chips were straight from a bag. Next was the beef on a weck, which included pretty tasteless, shredded barbacoa style beef and an overly soft role. My wife and I took a few bites and left it. Service was adequate but not very friendly. Nobody inquired why we didn't eat our meal. I love their American Amber and was really looking forward to our visit, which was a two hour drive one-way. Disappointing.

Nice place, good food and great service. We stopped in on our way through without expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. Had to have some Straub Beer too which was also good.

ordered food to go and had a beer flight while I waited. the atmosphere is great, especially on a nice spring day. beers were great, food was good as well. I ordered at the bat but had good service and bought a cool T-shirt. My only complain is that they aren't open Monday and Tuesday!
