We had a great meal, the food and service was excellent. The boneless wings app is enough for an entree and very tender and juicy. The chili Mac was very good, as were the baked beans. The sausage medallions were very tasty and the peppers were fresh. I will go back for the garlic mashed potatoes

I’d highly recommended this place. I’ve now taken my coworkers and friends from out of town here and this place hits every time. I always get the chicken wrap which is consistently delicious, and either fries or Mac n cheese.

We were a group of 4, and each ordered something different, and everything was so yummy. 1 ordered the smothered pork nachos, 1 ordered the brisket platter, 1 ordered the Chili Mac and Cheese platter, and I ordered the grilled chicken salad ( which was the best I ever had). We all had their signature Chili and finished off splitting their 4 layer carrot cake ( Too die for)If you count our dessert the cost was $25 per person.Everything was great and we will dine there again and again.Don't forget to check-out the painted rock garden before and after dining.Vegetarian options: They have vegetable options and a healthy salad option.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide isles

Went to Bonfire Old Fashioned BBQ tonight for fish. Wow, what a great experience. Guy directed us in, held the door, welcomed us, seated us and we didn’t have one server, we had several. The guy (I’m guessing owner manager) cheerfully gave us a sample of their chili over creamy Mac n cheese. It’s a specialty of theirs. Superb. Husb had fish dinner and I had fish sandwich. Superb. Multiple people checked on us several times, free drink refills without a wait. We were thanked for coming in and I believe the lady of the place escorted us out an exit they don’t use on regular basis because it was closer to where we parked and flat covered walk for my husband walking with a cane. We wanted dessert but no room; servings are awesome. We’re going back some evening just to have a treat. Clean, warm atmosphere, spacious seating, great food and service as well as appropriate pricing. Highly recommend. Thank you to the entire staff and kudos to the cook(s) for a very delightful dinner hour. We’ll be back. Lots on menu we want to try!!Parking: Plenty of parking both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: We didn’t have kids along but overheard the welcome that was given to families. Kid menu very nice.

The smell that greets you as soon as you step inside promises something delicious and the food does not disappoint. I had the steak wrap and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Both were incredible. The mac and cheese was very creamy. The garlic mashed potatoes were also tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

Ordered ribs, wings, mac and cheese, and chicken tenders for 30 people for the super bowl. The food was ready right on time. They helped me load everything in the car, and the food was fantastic. Guests raved about the ribs in particular. This is the second time we ordered from them. First time they delivered to my house (I decided to pick up recent order). Both experiences were great. Best BBQ in State College and the owners are super nice and easy to work with. Can’t wait to order from them again!!

Great BBQ with even better service. Everyone in the restaurant seemed like they loved their job and was happy that I was there. Would absolutely recommend the chili Mac and the deep fried corn bread! Everything was good but those were my favorite. Love family owned businesses!

Bonfire Old Fashioned BBQ out did themselves tonight with an awesome dinner! Hot wings were large and fried perfectly crispy. Brisket sandwich and brisket wrap were loaded with flavor and Very filling. All side options are delicious. Very special treat at the end deep fried cornbread with a maple bourbon pudding is for sure a savory treat!Big thanks to the Kunig’s and staff!

My experience matched the reviews. A+ in every way. I love BBQ but my wife usually doesn't, but even she loved her food and wants to go back. We are adding this place to our take out roster. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, very friendly staff. I wish they would offer steaks too, they'd surely be amazing the way they cook. Just a thought. Excited for our next time enjoying this food!

Tried them for the 1st time tonight.Got the brisket dinner, pulled pork dinner and pulled pork salad.It's probably the best BBQ in the State College area! Met Josh the chef & part owner, super nice guy. He has Pittsburgh roots, Terrible Towels proudly displayed. He knows BBQ plus they use Cellone's rolls for sandwiches!! Try his hot BBQ sauce but be warned ⚠️. For desert gotta try the fried corn bread with his homemade pudding and fruit sauce!Service was awesome and friendly. Price was responsible for BBQ. Younz won't be disappointed and nat!
