This place used to be really good. But now there appears to be a new manager who’s been here maybe the last 3-4 months, slowly degrading the place. This manager appears disorganized and slow, and slightly rude. There’s constantly at least a 20-30 minute delay with orders even when not at all busy. On top of that, the food is getting worse. The last time I ordered a cheesesteak, it had an odd, unpleasant flavor, quite different from times past.

This place used to be quite good. But - I estimate 3-4 months ago - a new manager took over who has been steadily degrading this place. Wait times have increased by 20-30 minutes. I once ordered food on Grub Hub for pickup. When I arrived 30 minutes later to pickup, it still was not ready, despite the app telling me it was ready. There's also a rudeness to service. On top of that, the quality of food is now subpar. I might ignore the poor service if the food was still the high quality this place has historically been known for. But now that the food is bad, there's no reason to go here anymore.

always the best hoagies, Their special steak and Cheese is awesome. Get cheese wiz, and it becomes a filet cheesesteak. Just like they make and Philadelphia.

Excellent cheesesteaks. The best I've had in the western half of PA.
Can only access from N. Atherton. Not a fan of metal music, but not loud enough to be obnoxious. Cheesesteak hoagie was tasty, soft roll. Could be hotter but cooked thru. Just the right amount of filling. Fries, fresh cut and hot. Not too busy (was just after 1 pm) so prompt service and receipt of food. Worth the stop.

Just ordered from here and order screwed up about as bad as is imaginable. Ordered chicken cheesesteak. Received beef. Ordered hand cut fries, did not receive. Ordered bleu cheese dressing with wings, none of that either. Wallet lighter, stomach is also…110% do not recommend.

I love a good steak and cheese. Best one I have had in a while. I also tried the buffalo chicken steak and cheese. That was really good as well. Staff was super helpful and our food came out really quick. We will definitely be coming back to this place
