Stopped in for pizza and apparently even though the window says they sell slices of pizza they don't have slices of pizza.

I basically live across the street and for a year and a half I was religiously grabbing food here 1 or 2 times a week because its close and cheap. But after my experience last night with one of the owners I will never go back! I have never been so enraged by an owners disrespect that I just had to write this review.Because I am there so often I usually get to know the staff even though there was obviously a high turn over rate for employees. That brings me to my friend who is a disabled veteran. I know he worked hard at this place because not only did I hear about it but I also saw it for myself because I live so close by and walk past canyon multiple times every day. I havent seen my friend recently, so I asked the man working the counter last night (someone that I know to be one of the owners) where my friend has been. He couldve left it at “no, he no longer works here” however he continues and says “we cleaned house at the start of the year because some people werent doing their job”.This owner has missed pay days because he decided to blow his money frivolously, whether it was on an expensive trip for himself or on plastic storage bins that the business didnt really need. There has been times canyon has been closed because the owner didnt order enough cheese. The owners cant even afford rent on this space sometimes because of poor business practices. Oh and lets not forget why they had to shut down last spring due to at least 12 health code violations! This is information I have gathered from MULTIPLE employees over the last year and a half and I am beyond disgusted by the lack of respect this owner has for his employees. This owner had the audacity to place blame on a disabled veteran like that when I know damn well that he is the lazy waste of space and the real reason canyon is failing. I will never give this business my money again if this is how theyre going to treat disabled veterans. Have the day you deserve bud!

Classic place to grab a slice(make it two!) while walking between bars, taking a break from the Brewery, or on your way home. Or, order a whole pie to go: it's good pizza. I miss the ranch and marinara bucket with chained ladle, but they have it to go these days.

When we went they were understaffed to the point of a girl coming from her night out, still dressed very beautifully, making the pizzas. I saw three people total making pizzas for about 50 people, and they got everyone served.

Says it was open so we walked over 10 mins in the cold for the hours to be wrong and for the place to be closed.

Welp, it's 2am on a summer Tuesday night and I just had my first slice of Canyon in 5 years. It's exactly like it was before, save for the location. Why does it get my 5 stars? Because it was always there for me. Every late night study session, every State Patty's Saturday night, every Alumni visit.Every slice features the same sweet sauce and chewy dough. Every bite brings me back to my first slice during State Patty's 2011 when I thought it was the best thing on Earth. To some, Canyon Pizza is low-grade, and I can see why. To me, it is a little slice of Heaven. Im happy to say that I got a piece last night.

for the price, it's not a bad choice for a place to eat. the quality of food nowadays is entirely dependent on who's working. some of the employees should definitely not be working in food service with how they cook. half the time they don't really bother to check for any customers up front, at least when i go there. i'm usually waiting at the counter for a few minutes. again though, for the price i can't be mad at it.

If you're a drunk looking for a $1 slice at 2AM you're a decade or two too late.Otherwise lackluster, phoning it in, criminally overpriced pizza and sides. If you want to recreate the college pizza experience at exorbitant prices with none of the charm and nuance from when they were shut down and moved, have at it.Personally, the former charms are dead, it's a dump, and as an old head, that's sad. They're sad.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and in the description, it says it's grilled chicken. My salad came with canned cubed chicken that was cold. I also asked for no bleu cheese crumble and they still put it on. The pizza was greasy. The cinnastix were pretty good. Delivery was quick.
