Just ordered a takeout for our 30 min office lunch. Upon returning to the office we noticed the Harlicky chicken was missing from the salads. We promptly called and spoke to Avery the bartender. Avery said he would discuss with Management and call us back. He had asked if we could pick it up but we couldn’t due to time constraints. Upon call back he explained that the manager had removed the charge for the chicken but would need to re-ring our card after removal of the chicken only. We asked to speak to the Manager. A gentleman picked up the phone and disclosed himself as the manager. He proceeded to say that since we ate the salad, he would only be reimbursing for the chicken and that if we did not give our card information again; he will get his money one away or another. From us or from the bartender Avery with a very condescending and arrogant tone. I would never have made an employee pay out of pocket for multiple employees mistakes but we gave our card information again to save Avery from the charge. My suggestion would be to invest in some management training courses for your management team, as mistakes can happen but the situation could have been resolved instead of a consumer who will never visit this establishment again.

We stopped here on a busy Saturday night, while place was packed, still managed to get seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress/server was very nice, got us our drinks quickly & checked on us regularly. The whole place, was FULL, and we got our food in about 20-25 minutes. Our food was great! My boyfriend’s sandwich, was so big, he could hardly get his mouth over it!Definitely will be coming back!

Every time I go to Champs I always make sure to bring my family and friends. In my opinion, Champs is a great place to eat great food and watch sports with your friends and family. Every single time I have gone here, I have watched sports, went with my family or went with my friends. This is also a great place to eat during your or someones else's birthday party. There is one thing I do not like about Champs though. It is that there is always a bunch of people. I always have to make sure that I'm not going on a football weekend because it will always be packed. Beside that, Champs is a great place to go with friends or family.

This used to be our go-to place for wings going to PSU. We were seated pretty quickly but it took a while for the server to acknowledge us and take our order. We were disappointed that they got rid of the water bucket from the menu.We ordered nachos, kids meal, and 3 orders of wings (harlicky, meek, arrogant). The nacho was good, the burger kids meal was over cooked. The wings were cooked well but the sauces were not impressive. They didn't feel light and glossy.. rather thick and made the wings feel soggy. Very salty too. The beer was good and the atmosphere was good.

Previously, champs was one of my favorite restaurants in town. Great sandwiches and beer selection.However, in recent years the cleanliness has gone downhill. We had a gross dishwasher/vomit-like smell at our booth and asked to move to a high top. At our new table, both our chairs were damaged and unstable. Not sure what's going on.
