Best chicken I have ever had. Service was excellent, the owners passion for chicken shone through his smile and his food. This restaurant changed my life. Eating here is akin to a religious experience. If you're ever in the state college area I implore you go to Chick 2. You won't regret it.

Got the chicken over rice. Thank god I got it when it was $2 deal day because it was disgusting and I threw all of it out. This is how I can describe it: Rice was fine but absolutely no flavor, lettuce tasted like it came out of a bag in a freezer. Chicken tasted like they took chicken out of the freezer, cooked it and then put it in a bin with water and then they plop it on top of the bowl. Did not taste fresh, texture was wayyyy off. Like eating play dough. I feel bad leaving this review because the people inside were so nice but absolutely never again.

Don’t normally write too many reviews but this place was really bad. I got the chicken over rice and the rice was hard and undercooked. There was not much spices used and was very bland. Not sure if this place was good back a couple years ago but it is not good right now. I don’t think the employee really cares about the food

The food looks good, but had very little spices and no flavour at all.We could not finish our food. However, the onion rings were good.Overall not recommended. I would rather spend 10$+ for lunch elsewhere.

I do not normally write reviews however, this seems necessary. The chicken tasted like rubber and the sandwich crumbled apart very easily. After I ate this sandwich, I felt sick and disgusting for the rest of the day. Also, after eating the sandwich, I noticed the worker was not wearing gloves as he prepared food for other customers. I do not see myself coming here again.

We ordered the No.2 and No3. combos. Overall, this restaurant was super disappointing. The chicken was not crispy brown, it was squeaky and white on the outside. On the inside it was pink. Like straight pink. They might use dark meat because it tasted a little off - not really fresh. I ate half before I couldn't stomach it anymore. And the side of fries was more like a suggestion - we each got maybe 6 waffle fries and a few tiny pieces of broken waffle fries. The only good thing about this meal was the bun. If you want good, fresh, non-sketchy chicken and more than 6 waffle fries, go to Chick-fil-A or Wings Over.I wrote this same review on DoorDash.
