I never take the time out of my day to leave food reviews, but this was just disrespectful they did me so dirty. When I order Chipotle, I expect a high-quality meal like always, not for my balls to be busted. I opened the lid and there bestowed the saddest excuse for a burrito bowl I've ever gotten in my life. Not even halfway full! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I want a refund smh.

They almost never get my order right, and even when they do, they usually leave something out. When the food costs $15, you’d expect the staff to somewhat care about the condition of their orders. I get that they’re busy college kids, but wouldn’t they be annoyed if every time they ordered online they got the wrong/inaccurate item? I ask for double chicken, I should get it. I ask for half rice, don’t fill half the bowl with rice. It’s literally so simple. I don’t care if you’re almost out of whatever I am ordering, don’t skimp out on me if I pay extra.

I’ve been a fan of chipotle for years, but countless bad experiences have made me choose to go to somewhere else. I understand it’s a busy location but look at other businesses in the area, and you realize it has nothing to do with crowds and more to do with LAZINESS and utter CARELESSNESS.Every time I go there they are missing at least one item in my order. You are guaranteed to walk in and see messy tables, floors, and overflowing garbage. Even the burritos aren’t wrapped well and are bound to fall apart . Workers seem unmotivated and tired, I sometimes wonder if they even have a manager.This location is just banking on you going to chipotle just because of the name but you are way better off going down the block to el jefes. Nothing will change if business doesn’t change.

I get that it's a college town and all the students are on break. They're all sitting down playing on their phones. And I asked the kid to change his gloves because IDK what he was doing with his gloves on but I know it wasn't making food. Burrito was soaking wet, had to throw half of it away.
