This is best authentic Chinese food in town. I've been coming here since I was in college in the late 90s/early 2000s and it's still just as amazing as it always was. And the people running it are incredibly kind and generous.

This is the perfect example of an unassuming restaurant that ends up being absolutely wonderful. Great authentic Chinese options along with the usual comfort takeout classics. Portions are generous and the food is flavorful and comforting. The service is extremely fast and the 2 ladies working when I picked up my food were SO lovely and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I highly recommend chopstick express!!!

The food was overall okay. It for sure was one of the better AUTHENTIC Chinese food places in State College. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the customer service and the environment. The place is small, but cozy. And the people in there were SUPER nice to us. You should get there right at open so you have the biggest and freshest choice. I for sure recommend!
Bad experience, the lady there charged me $17 extra for "tax". My wife and I ordered 3 meals for $12.99. Check your recipe before paying.

This was my favorite place for chicken fried rice. Not anymore. Today I ordered, got home, no soy packets in bag and no chopsticks, 1 measly napkin. But worse was the amount of chicken and vegetables has been cut by 75% and the "chicken" that was there was dark meat and some pieces were just batter...no chicken at all. Lol. I need to find a new place. Parking is terrible and their prices went up. Give me a break! We are all working hard for our money. Stop shorting us!!!

Laughably bad flavor, though not out of place for this area. The fried rice didn't have vegetables?? It was just rice and soy sauce lol. All the food we got was so plain. They really skimped on ingredients. Overall pretty meh
