Waited over an hour for a pepperoni pizza and it wasn't even that busy, service is horrible and disjointed. Don't like doing bad reviews, but the service was that bad...unfortunately the bad reviewers are correct here.

Called up on a Friday to order pizza's and salads for a group of 14 visiting State College. Great service from young lady taking my order and explaining options. Everyone loved the variety of pizza's For the meat eaters, Andy's Sicilian was the best!

Over the past three months, we have tried to order pizza from them three times. Each time, the order has been accepted, and then we we go to get the pizza, the restaurant has been closed. This has occurred when using their own website. While not a crisis, each time we have been planning an event with friends, and needed to figure out food on the fly afterwards.Therefore, this is a place with ok pizza, but is wildly unreliable. Basically, I cannot trust this place to actually do the work that they agreed to. If you want to order food and trust that it will actually be ready, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

They've changed a whole lot over the years. It used to be the best pizza place in town with a pizza buffet on Wednesday nights, but they haven't done that for years. The kitchen is pretty inconsistent and if you order something once and really like it, chances are, when you order that same thing again the next time it will taste completely different. Not necessarily terrible, but not what you were expecting. The desserts though amazing! We don't come here as often anymore but maybe a couple times a year because it's nostalgic for me.

Ate here an evening last week. There was only two other tables with possibly three at each table during the entire time we were here. We ordered two side salads and a crusty pizza. The center of the pizza was not done and doughy; hence the cheese slid off the pizza. (The cheese was a little scarce.). We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and received a ham pizza??? We ate it anyway. They said “sorry!” I remember years ago…having great pizza here…last week not!

This is some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I only ate one bite of my chicken parm because it was so terrible. The waitress didn’t even ask if there was anything wrong with it. We waited over 30 minutes with dirty plates on the table to get the check. Spending 105$ on terrible food with subpar service is a huge bummer. Don’t waste your money here.

First of all I will not rate the staff. Even though the service was spotty I won't blame employees for issues created by our govt. we ordered multiple appetizers and one was missed. The fried mozzarella was cheap frozen, and the Tennessee hot wings were just ok. The garlic bread finally came out quite late and was actually tough and chewy garlic knots. I had the Italian grinder which was just ok. My fries however were burnt beyond help, and had been clearly dropped in the oil multiple times. My wife's meal was a Penne dinner that came out as spaghetti instead. The wait for our food was frustrating but the quality is what explains my low rating.

Jumped off of I-99 in search of a chicken parm sub, and figured a pizza place in a college town could manage that. I asked for a "chicken parm sub," got a take out box in about 15 minutes, and headed back to the interstate to find out I was wrong. Different regions have different names for subs, but what I got isn't a sub anywhere in the world. The chicken parm part was okay, but it was wrapped in pita bread. It wasn't what I wanted and it wasn't what I asked for. They apparently call it a "wedgie" . How hard is it to say they don't have subs if that's what a customer asks for? It was also way over-priced at $14. I called, mostly because I thought I might have gotten the wrong order and somebody else would have, too. I asked if maybe they should tell people who ask for a sub that they don't serve subs and was told "I'm not the person who took your order." I'm pretty sure that means that both of the 2 employees I dealt with are poorly trained. Maybe it's relevant that the Google street view image from October 2019 shows the same "now hiring sign" I walked under almost 2 years later.

Whoever thought that putting the ranch side cup on the burger needs to be retrained. Half the burger doesn't have cheese, the other half has almost no cheese cause it was pushed off the burger. They also ignore my order notes on uber eats every single time, asking them to not put any other condiments on my burger than the ones I ask for. Burger is always under cooked as well, giving me horrible stomach aches. Just going to stop ordering from this place. It's hopeless anymore.
