Has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Walked in to a mostly empty restaurant and was sat at a table with sticky rings from prior table's drinks. The menues were also slightly sticky. When drinks were brought out the Dr. Pepper was flat, and the Pepsi tasted off. Food took a long time to come out at all, and we were missing items until after already being given the bill. Other tables that had come in after us received their meals first, and when our food had come out it was either lukewarm burnt or both. My eggs and bacon tasted like they had been cooked on a dirty griddle, and the pancakes were dry even with "syrup". Our server avoided us for as long as possible, and after speaking to the manager (who explicitly said she was aware of the poor quality) we ended up with less than a 10 dollar discount on a 70 dollar bill.

Terrible and gross. We had to wait for our toast literally the entire meal. All the meals had something wrong with them. Burnt hash browns for every meal. Three out of four pancake stacks were borderline burnt. It smelled like an unclean turtle tank near the bathrooms(a very specific smell but if you know, you know). And to top it off the men’s room was gross. And the cleaning schedule in the bathroom isn’t even done for the past few days. I asked to speak to a manger and was told she was busy even though we were one of 4 parties in the entire place. The manger told us she knew exactly how long the food had sat under the heatlamp, and instead of remaking it, it got sent out dried-out and lukewarm. The eggs were bad across the board for all different reasons. On top of terrible service. We waited endlessly for refills that never came. My fiancé’s drink was flat and she only got a new one when they brought the food out because we didn’t talk to our server again until then, not for lack of trying. I can not understate how bad this experience was. The manager ended up comping a whopping $5. She also didn’t take the toast off despite us literally needing to ask to speak to her to get it after our meals where either “finished” or cold.

Service has gotten very slow over the past year or so. Food is decent but the absurdly long time you have to wait for it is not worth it. It's hard to tell whether they are understaffed or just completely incompetent, but my last several visits have been the same case.

We patiently waited 15-20 minutes before being seated. We sat for another 10 minutes before deciding to leave. Only 2 servers, along with one person greeting, seating, and managing take out and mobile orders. Attention management... schedule more employees and/or train staff to state realistic wait times. 3 families walked out after us.

We enjoyed our breakfast. The service was very good and the food was good. The place could use some maintenance on the ceiling and some of the furniture is really outdated.The prices were reasonable.Parking: The parking is plentiful. We parked very easily.

This place is a JOKE...Never ate at an IHOP before and with the experience we had here, never will. Don't believe these negative posts..Go find out....waited to be seated, waited to take drink order, took drink and food order at same time, never brought our coffee, waited 20 more minutes, no one came over for anything....LEFT....

As much as I love breakfast food this IHOP was the best I have visited in a long time, it didn’t take no time to get seated, the staff was accommodating, & personable. The food was honestly the best I ever had at a IHOP everrrrr. I will visit again keep up the great work.

The place is dirty with bad ceiling tiles that could easily be replaced! Floors were dirty! Silverware was dirty and sent back! Food had much to be desired! Pancakes were cold, sent back for replacement, never received! If zero were an option, would have chosen! We agreed never again!

I asked this girl for sausage gravy with a waffle instead of biscuits and she wouldn’t do that, and then she gave us warm oj with pulp and then I got chocolate chip pancakes and she gave me blueberry, when I got my pancakes they chocolate chocolate chip pancakes not the normal chocolate chip pancakes

Just SAD have 1 Person as waitress/host/cashier multi billion dollar corporation can't even hire staff waited 20 minutes after sitting and never recieved anything so just walked out can't make money in the food industry if you have no workers how bout you pay better and maybe you'll get workers
