I eat at this location about once a year. The staff has always been competent and polite. The food is well prepared and tastes great. Never a problem that I can recall.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be child friendly. They have a sign indicating reduced or free meals for children and a small room for families wanting to eat away from the rest of the customers.

This is a bit of an odd location that is somewhat difficult to get to/leave from. As far as Jersey Mike's go, the food was alright. I got a hot sub and the top of the sub roll was hard, but the rest was good. The staff was friendly and quick.
