I have ordered online more than 3 times over the course of the last four months and every single time they call me and say they don’t have any drivers so they will have to cancel the order and refund me. I have yet to actually be refunded on any of the orders. Do not be “online” for orders if you can’t actually fulfill.

Food is great but they do not honor their posted business hours. I have stopped numerous times during the business hours posted on their doors and the doors were locked with no notice. Today we went at 3pm when business hours are posted open until 5pm and they were closed. My wife stopped once and they were again closing early but left her order. Their reasoning was they had “already made the money they needed to make” that day. Horrible management of such a great place to eat. HONOR YOUR BUSINESS HOURS!!

Horrible horrible staff. After waiting for an hour for a delivery I was told by the rudest employee ever!!!! That it’s an app problem and not his problem. You need to do a complete overhaul of this location and train on consumer service.

It was a Penn State football weekend (vs Indiana)...and 3 of us walked in post-game & intended to order. But Jimmy John's was in the process of closing due to it being a high volume day where they essentially were out of rolls. We understood, thanked him & were about to be on out way when he did find one loaf. I think because he felt we were so nice (I'm sure they encounter their share of entitled college kids) he offered to split the loaf 3 ways to help us out. Then, because the sandwiches were non-standard he wouldn't charge us...and wouldn't even take a tip from us. We go to all the games and we assured him we'd be back MANY times due to his excellent customer service and for just being a generally nice young man. He didn't ask for this Google review and my only regret is that I didn't jot down his name to personally, publicly recognize him. He was obviously the shift lead and perhaps even the shift manager. Whoever owns this franchise location should feel proud to have an employee like this.

I have been eating at least a sub a week for 41 years because I really like subs so I know what a really good sub is. I just had the spicy east coast Italian sub and it was simply the very best sub I have ever eaten in my entire life. The meat and cheese was simply excellent and the quantity was very substantial. The toppings were very fresh and the sub rolls was obviously fresh baked that day. It was put together like a work of art with the tomato slices spaced perfectly even. The mayo and Italian dressing was superb and it was perfectly seasoned with oregano. It was the very best I have ever had and I can't think of anything to critique at all. It was not a cheap sub but when you consider how delicious it was and it's large size it is a fantastic deal. I have found my new go to place for when I want a really great sub.

This is the second time I’ve ordered for delivery and it’s always over an hour. They are 5 blocks away. I call and nothing. I am all done!!! I waste my whole lunch waiting.

After driving 8 hours, I walk in to find the employees just chilling with buddies. The young man who took my order had to remove his ear buds and stop his music before taking my order. Unprofessional but ok. Then the other young man who made my sandwich messed it up. It was not busy, my friend and I were the only customers at the time and he took no time to read my order, he just made what he wanted. I told him that that wasnt what I ordered, And as opposed to making me a fresh sandwich with no food particles from the mistake he just removed the unwanted food and handed the over. To come in to see employees wearing sweats, not caring about customer service or caring about what I paid for is pretty pathetic. That’s not what I’ve come to expect it from Jimmy John’s, I expect better professionalism then that.

Wow. Corporate - you better check on this location. 11:30am Saturday, In-store order, just one sub, took 25 mins to make and then it was wrong. Only 3 orders ahead of mine. Two 20yr olds working. Kid with messy hair used the F-bomb in nearly every sentence as he complained whole time about someone not showing up, not wanting to be there, something about a girl calling him - bizarre! Store conditions were awful, very sticky floor, dried out food bits all over floor behind counter, on deli slicer, etc, no ice in soda fountain. I was watching for rats but surprised I didn't see any! My food was already paid for or I would have left. What happened to "freaky fast"? Very disappointed. I love JJ's but I'll never go back to this location.

The food is fine, but the delivery service consistently sucks. Today, I ordered online at 12:45 pm. At 1:25, I called to ask when I could expect my delivery since the order tracker online hadn't updated. It finally got here at 2:00. This isn't the first or even second time I've had to wait that long, but somehow, I think each time it might be better. I'm an idiot. And I hate soggy bread.

Service was incresibly slow, had to repeat myself twice. The ingrediants on the board didn't match online so I had mayo on the sandwich that I didn't know was there.
