Over the weekend, me and my friend decided to go visit penn state and we were eager to go out. It's a shame that the den bouncers had other plans for our night... We went with a big group of people and after letting the first 6 girls in they denied both of us without any reason. Keep in mind we're both 21 and have ids that are very much real. When we asked why, The bouncer simply said "you're not getting in faggots" and shoved us in an effort to get us to leave. Ignoring the slur used by the bouncer there attitude was obnoxious and they seemed almost excited to deny us entry using physical force. This experience has made me hate this bar with a passion and I will NEVER be returning. Some advice for the owner: fire your bouncers or one day they're gonna get charged with assault or a hate crime as they committed both last night. Not to mention the countless customers they put off by being complete assholes.

I do not leave Yelp reviews. With that being said, I genuinely hope this place loses their liquor license. I'm a senior participating in my first bar crawl. We had one bar left on the list, Den. Yes. We know it's the underage bar. But it's bar crawl weekend. Don't make seniors wait in line with underage kids. The group behind us AND in front of us were asking the entire time if "their ID's would work". When we got to the door, we were told we were in the wrong line and needed to pay $40 cover per person. Which should have been included with the T Shirts we bought. All we wanted was a single shot and to leave. They signed up for the bar crawl (for seniors) and instead choose to cater to underage kids. I hope management gets what is coming to them.

I was literally sitting at the bar having a conversation with my friend who is waiting to go to the bathroom and the bouncers told me I had to leave and quite literally dragged me out for absolutely no reason. There was almost no one else in that part of the bar with us and we were causing absolutely no problems and I was the only one who got told to leave.
