This McDonald's is located in a shopping plaza so I am hoping that they do a very large volume of business because the place was dirty!The restrooms looked like they they hadn't been swept in days and hadn't had a good cleaning for a very long time judging by the buildup of film on the sinks and the where the floor meets the wall was just cruddy.The dining room wasn't much better, almost all the tables were dirty, and there was trash on the floor around the drink station. Lids were stocked but the ice tea container looked like it needed attention.I got a shamrock flurry that wasn't mixed well, ice cream is hard to screw up and I just had to stir it a lot but it was the the flurries I've gotten at other stores. The one time I got a strawberry cream pie and it was really good! So the food I got was good but really hard to screw up.The counter personnel were non existent good thing I used the app and the kiosk. This was very late in the evening and late at night. We were waiting on the vet down the street so we came up 3 times over an 9 hour time span. They may have been a bit busy drive thru and delivery services but the state of cleanliness had been bad over many hours like nothing seemed to change from the first time we were there, at about 8 pm the first time and 2 more times until 2:30 am.In my opinion this store needs better management and oversight because there is no excuse for the disaster that this store is!

Instead of standing at the counter the entire time with your arms crossed maybe you should go wipe down tables and spot sweep tables are

Not convinced this location has any management whatsoever… Every time I come here (evening mostly), it’s a 30+ minute wait… Yesterday I thought I’d put in a mobile order and pick it up inside to see if that was faster than the drive thru… The app said my order was ready at 7:48, and I didn’t walk out of the restaurant with my food until 8:30. Mind blowing! Never ever ever coming back.

The app kept canceling my order. I ordered in person and they were out of ketchup. My order had 2 basket of Fries, but only received 1.
I really hate this McDonald's they never get the orders right they're always cold the last time we were there they had absolutely no drinks except for bottled water that you had to pay for they couldn't even accommodate you with a drink because they didn't have any I hate that McDonald's I will never go in it

Ok not as clean in bathrooms as I would like and no napkins in the self service
Ordered some McDonald's late tonight, around an hour after I placed the order to ask what was taking so long, somehow they didn't have the order in their system at all, so I get it refunded and place another order. after another hour of waiting, I call the place again just to be told they are no longer doing delivery orders. After two hours of waiting, I'm still hungry.

Some how all of my food was cold when I got it like they made the burgers a hour ago and just put it in the bun and the incompetent night staff gave me a Big Mac and put it in a quarter pounder box I would rather pay a homeless man 5$ to microwave me a hot
