The beer is good, but the food has been hit or miss for years and it's only been mediocre at best for the last year. They don't value their customers (check out what they did to their pub club Members who purchased a "lifetime"membership) and have bad service.

We had a wonderful lunch at Otto’s. When I say that the Cobb salad was an incredible value I mean it. It was delicious. Well worth the very reasonable price.Enjoyed the beers! A great selection!The atmosphere was very enjoyable. A special shout out to our server Arianna. Arianna was an excellent server who was very attentive to our table and contributed in a big way to our wonderful lunch. Thank-you!I highly recommend Otto’s!

Had the build a burger with a side of brussel sprouts,Black Mo beer and tried the Maple Rye Whisky. Everything was great. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and very nice server.Highly recommended.

Came here for their St. Paddy's breakfast. The food was fine. I was disappointed that they weren't offering Otto's Bomb cupcakes this year. They weren't on the menu but I thought for sure they'd have them and asked our waitress. And none, they just don't have them. So I'm not sure if I'll go out of my way to come next year :/

Fantastic nitro milk stout on tap and one of the best and definitely the biggest haddock sandwich around. Service was polite, professional, and everything, including the large, split check was accurate.
Po’ boy was more like a shrimp salad sub. Received about 14 fries for +1 upcharge. I used to like going here but the food seems overpriced anymore for what is served.

My wife went to pick up an online order and had to wait 45 minutes past the pick up time. Surprised to find they made our order wrong upon returning home. No side of bbq sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, or pickle and there was no grilled onions on my burger. Fries were cold. Burgers are not medium well.Ottos has really fallen behind. Sick and tired of restaurants raising prices and lowering service standards.
used to like this place but now they’re quality and sizes have drastically changed. They’re food taste frozen and tasteless My server gave me now napkins with wings.. and was running the sweeper as i was trying to enjoy my dinner the atmosphere is loud and bright and outdated this places needs a new menu and whole refresh to become what they used to be they used to have awesome food live entertainment and people all around and the best service but sadly it’s not like that anymore i will never come back here and i will tell everyone to do the same unless some major changes happen it’s 2024 wow me! Only positive thing i can say about this place is the root beer is awesome everything else awful?

Horrible service,they started by waiting 15 mins to get us drinks then brought a cold salty pretzel for appetizer.Then never returned to check if we needed refills.Finally comes out with food that took 45 mins to hour (3burgers) 2 of 3 orders were wrong,I returned the one order and rather eat elsewhere.The other 2 orders were ate and they were average at best.Overal F service,C- food ,B atmosphere.Find somewhere else to eat in State College is my advice,this place ain’t what it used to be.

My friend Alyssa recommended I tried the black and blue bacon burger with asparagus on the side. She was right it was awesome. Definitely, the best waitress in State College. Definitely, the best BLACK & BLEU BACON BURGER. Thank you … I will be back!!

We had a great meal at Otto's Pub last night! The service was excellent, beer was amazing and the food was delicious. Our experience was a breath of fresh air compared to where we live in the Lehigh Valley. We highly recommend!
